Day 1 – Arrival in Kayseri & Transfer to Cappadocia:
Arrive at Kayseri Airport and transfer to your hotel in Cappadocia. Check-in and enjoy your first evening in the region. Overnight in Cappadocia. (No meals included)

Day 2 – Optional Hot Air Balloon & North Cappadocia Tour:

Early Morning:Join to the Optional Hot air balloon ride starts at 04:30/05:00 and ends at 07:30/08:00, with hotel pick-up, snacks, and soft drinks included.
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel.
09:30 – 16:30: Full-day North Cappadocia tour visiting Dervent Valley, Pasabag fairy chimneys, Avanos, Goreme Open Air Museum, and Uchisar Rock-Castle.
After the tour, transfer to your hotel to collect luggage, then continue to Kayseri Airport for your onward flight.

I highly recommend this package, if you have limited time, instead of spend the night in Istanbul, go to cappadocia, spend the night there, next day morning joined to hot air balloon and cappadocia tour, fly back to Istanbul.
